I completed a service ticket, printed a shipping label and had it in the mail that evening (Wednesday). I choose the recorded instructions and they could not have been any simpler to follow. I called the number on the website and was provided with the option of listening to recorded instructions or speaking to a technician. I searched for anything that may have indicated that someone may have had a negative experience with them. I was very skepictal after my 3 experiences with the other companies from the day before. Are you kidding me? There has to be a catch. I read the webpage and found something totally different from all the others "If we don't recover your data, you don't pay". It felt like I was being mugged.I continued searching the following day and came across Recover My Flash Drive. I felt like every one of these companies were out to take advantage of the situation. I couldn't believe the quotes from $300 - $1500 for a 16g flash drive with broken pins. #2 no evaluation cost, cost to repair $400 - 1500, #3 evaluation cost $169, cost to repair $1200 (they actually estimated over the phone based on my description). #1 evaluation cost $139, cost to repair $300 - 800. I searched online and contacted 3 companies in my local area of Philadelphia. Time was important but cost was my deciding factor. Don't waste your time with others I did.I damaged my flash drive while at work with files that could have been recreated but would have taken me a few weeks to do. If you are looking to have your data recovered conveniently, quickly, confidentially and cost efficiently stop searching the internet and make the call to this company. You might doubt that they can do what they say but that will only be until you try it!I have nothing but good words to express my experience with Recover My Flash Drive.
